Strategies and techniques for building high-performing teams
We built our own classes and workshops because we want high-calibre content that values learning outcomes over certification. We use a teaching method called Training from the Back of the Room, an interactive and engaging form of learning, rather than ’eyes-front’ classroom training. We find that the level of engagement and subsequent recall is significantly higher.
All classes are taught in-house, for groups of 15-30, with a sweet spot around 25 delegates. Participants work together in small groups to reinforce the learning and make it relevant to their own context, with lots of discussion, exploration, playback and sharing.
