Defining Vision and Strategy

Building a shared vision and actionable strategy with the entire executive team

When we start working with an executive team, it often emerges that they lack a shared vision and strategy. They may be working purposefully within their own area, but they are not acting together as a ‘first team’. This leads to a lack of focus and cohesion across the organization.

We run a two-day, high-impact workshop, with a series of follow-up alignment calls, to define vision and strategy and to develop high-level OKRs. This allows the team to start structuring the goals and initiatives that will set them in the right direction.

We introduce the topic of OKRs if participants are unfamiliar with them—or even if they are, because they are so often misunderstood and misapplied!—and use these as a mechanism to take actionable commitments out of the workshop and into their work.
