Objectives and Key Results, or OKRs, are a powerful and effective means of implementing strategy, from the top of the organization down to individual teams, so that everyone’s efforts are aligned with achieving the company’s goals.
OKRs work at any scale, from a single team, through programme-level teams of teams, right up to defining your company strategy.
This workshop introduces OKRs and contrasts them with other goal- and objective-based models. You will take your existing and planned schedule of work, together with your strategy and business aspirations, and reframe these as exciting but achievable objectives, with key results defined as human behaviour change.
Just as OKRs are an ongoing tool for turning your strategy into execution, this workshop is only the start of your OKR journey, and we supplement it with weekly check-ins, often using methods like Rolling Wave Planning to navigate uncertainty.
