We built our own classes and workshops because we wanted high-calibre training that attendees can apply straight away.
I am not a great programmer, I am a good programmer with great habits.
— Kent Beck
Great habits lead to great outcomes, and we believe anyone can learn great habits. Our training covers the breadth of technology delivery, from deep technical topics to programme-scale estimation, planning and team dynamics.
We use a teaching method called Training from the Back of the Room, an interactive and engaging form of learning, rather than ’eyes-front’ classroom training. We find that the level of engagement and subsequent recall is significantly higher.
All classes are taught in-house, for groups of 15-30, with a sweet spot around 25 delegates. Participants work together in small groups to reinforce the learning and make it relevant to their own context, with lots of discussion, exploration, playback and sharing.
